1.Refund is not available if the product is opened.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
But the shipping fee is at your own expense. We will handled the refund once we receive the returned parcel(Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us).
2.Non qualitative factor cannot be returned nor refunded.
3.The after-sale warranty is 7 days after you receive the parcel.
Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty,
please contact us immediately and send us the picture of defected lens. We will solve it after checking.
